 Hello! I am Jill Kushner a resident of Southwest Florida since my post college move to Naples in 1984. Minnesota is where I come from and I have worked with lots of folks from all points north discovering their little piece of this beautiful paradise. I have been a Florida Realtor since 1996. My expertise is in gated communities offering an array of amenities including private dining, golfing, boating and tennis along our Gulfcoast. I adore presenting the beautiful views and maintenance-free idea of high rise living as much as the intimacy and charm of the homes and villas. I am a member of B.E.A.R. (Bonita Estero Area Realtors), Florida Association of Realtors & the National Association of Realtors.
How meaningful it is to me to help people who are proactive about creating the next chapter in their lives. ..the fun chapter! Embarking on a new era, now they can enjoy all kinds of activities with loved ones and focus on making new friends and get in touch with what's important to them. I make it my business to get my people acquainted with their new neighbors and host many gatherings and outings with those who need a little 'prompting' to become involved.
